I have sent an email to Detective Superintendent John Gilligan of the Irish Police (the Garda) concerning corruption allegations surrounding the Shell led Corrib gas project in Ireland, that were the subject of my recent correspondence with the Irish Justice Ministry.

Shell corruption scheme operated in Ireland on an industrial scale?: 6 April 2013

If no response is forthcoming, we will publish the content of the email.

I understand that Shell lawyers are on a quest to shut us down.

When are they going to work up the courage to try to do so openly, instead of covertly?

Shell did once briefly succeed in closing down the site after making behind the scenes threats to our hosting companies in the USA and Canada.

Shell is still intent on a permanent solution.

UPDATE 29 APRIL 2013

I have received a copy of an email the OSSL Company sent to Detective Superintendent John Gilligan earlier today on the subject: “Police alcohol delivered on Shells instruction.” It was also circulated to Shell – John Egan, Denise Horan, Michael Crothers and Michiel Brandjes – and to Statoil.
