I can only show my disgust with Shell

I can only show my disgust with Shell. I signed up with the promise of cheaper tariff. A LIE. I was unable to contact Shell to talk about this problem but was unable to get through for a week. I then learned that I was on single tariff instead of economy 7 after I had told them what it should be. Once I got through to speak to someone, I was speaking to a very nice man but it proved that my suspicions were true. I then told this man that I wanted to cancel my contract because of the several failings on their part but that fell on deaf ears and I was informed the following day that my account had been transferred to them. Be very careful with this company because they lie and make it very difficult to talk with them, If as they say I am now to receive my power from them, it will be for a very short time. Clive an angry 76 year old idiot.

Shell raping the Earth and your pocket

The pricing was not made clear from the start with extra costs and after the initial two payments, which were skewed due to the extra costs I realised that Shell were overcharging me. I called them and was thoroughly fobbed off. I was told that it is my fault and as it is outside of the cooling off period there was nothing I could do about it and all of this from a supervisor/manager tells me that this is a company that have a total disregard for the people that pay their wages. I would have given less than 1 star if I could have.

I have been moved into my new house now…

I have been moved into my new house now for over 3 months and have no statements about my bills yet what the hell is going on

Slow response from Shell customer service.

I joined Shell Energy on 10 April 2021. I provided a gas start reading of 1656. Shell e-mailed me on 25 April stating that my reading was wrong and they would use 1486. I contacted Shell on 25April and contested the change and again on 25 May. The final bill from my previous supplier, Scottish Power, stated that the final reading was 1656. I have offered to send this to Shell as proof of the correct reading but that offer was rejected. Despite promises of action Shell are still using the incorrect reading of 1486. What do I have to do to get the situation resolved?
