Transfer from Post Office Broadband to…
Transfer from Post Office Broadband to Shell Energy FOLLOWING acquisition of PO by SE. The presentation of the compulsory transfer documentation is very misleading. SE present the most expensive option at 30 pounds per month as the only option initially, it is only at the end of the notification document that the same level of service is presented at 12 pounds per month lower fee. THIS APPEARS INTENTIONAL DESIGNED TO MISLEAD AND HOODWINK AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE TO OVERPAY FOR A LIKE FOR LIKE SERVICE.
This is the response from SO – Morning, Paul. I’m very sorry to hear this!
I’d be more than happy to arrange a call back to resolve this for you so please email us at trwith your account number? – Sara
My view is that Sara would be better to send my original complaint to the Consumer Marketing Director and get them to change the format of the self-serving communication sent to all the Post Office customers they have “bought” and now seek two mislead into signing up for an overlay expensive device while failing to direct them to the best like for like price product. TYPICAL “CORRUPTION” endemic in UK service providers.
