I will never use Shell Broadband again

The content below is sourced from current customer reviews of Shell Energy Broadband published on Trustpilot.

Never again!

I have been a customer with Shell Broadband for 2 years and on the verge of changing to another provider. When I moved house I took my broadband with me. They continued to charge me for my old account as well as my new account for 4 months. I am still fighting for a refund of over £120 and still receiving rude emails telling me I owe them money! I will never use Shell again. They are terrible!!

They’ve never delivered on time

What kind of delivery service are they with that routers never arrive at the time set? How come I get any other parcel appointed without issues? Why (if it’s true that a router has been sent) they don’t even leave a note? Am I supposed to guess where to collect it from? Or I’m being lied to? This keeps happening and there’s NO EXCUSE because on all the dates I’ve been told router was sent, it never arrived and I was there waiting for it.

I’ve wasted so much time over and over complaining to this company because they never delivered when they say and because of errors. I don’t recommend anyone to use their broadband services is dreadful and they don’t even compensate customers for all the hassle and time they leave you without hanging without the service.

This has happened on several occasions now under 2 contracts, they’re a liability and haven’t find ways to make their deliveries more efficient in my experience, caring none about the consequences I as customer have to endure.
