Absolutely garbage from a company who…

Absolutely garbage from a company who makes 9 billion profit in three months, but can’t answer any emails about how you suddenly use £480 energy in a month for a one bedroom flat. Also only there 3 days week. Repeatedly email no response…. But check this out this is the best bit they look a payment for £280… not authorised n still no reply 2 weeks later to explain themselves. Greedy take money and run then hide

Shell Broadband…

Shell Broadband… I have written a few good reviews recently, but feel very let down this week. I have moved home and taken Shell Broadband with me. It couldn’t be completed until 31st May, but then it didn’t happen. Ok, it is probably Open Reach, but I am desperate for broadband because I have so many companies to notify, online banking etc, and apart from having no broadband my mobile signal from 3 is also non existent. I rang Shell BB twice on 1st. June. Lovely staff as always, the first call got my phone working, but despite flashing red and green lights, we ended with red. Just before 8pm I had an e.mail saying my BB is now working, but it isn’t, and now we are in a massive bank holiday. Being told to have a party doesn’t impress. Also, my account couldn’t be transferred, it had to be a free cancellation but new contract more expensive. I got a partial result on this, but also last night I got a first bill e.mail at the vastly inflated price. I was told a new router would be sent, but it wasn’t. Now I have had two e.mails demanding the old router back.
Shell don’t seem to realise that BB is vital in today’s society. I could have got so much done over the bank holiday, and I suspect it will be impossible to get through on Monday.

Awful company,

Awful company, Terrible customer service, nobody seems to understand what a customer is !!!

this is for shell energy broadband

this is for shell energy broadband. I was a customer for wifi/broadband. i recently changed to Now broadband as i had a better deal. I have just had a second letter asking me for their router to be returned or they will charge me. This router was returned 24th May and received by their office in sutton coldfield on 26th may. Post Office tracking number QX447110614GB. Its companies like these who put people on blacklists through their own incompetence

Terrible service all round

When I moved home in December of last year, I looked to switch to Shell who I had used previously.
After nearly four months, my switch was eventually completed despite multiple emails chasing the delay.
My direct debit was not set up as requested when switching and the account was not set up correctly, leading to paper billing the only way I had information on my account.
The bill would often be dated several weeks prior to the date it arrived in the mail and be after the bill due date. There had been no delays with my postal service.
Despite paying immediately via a bank transfer on two occassions, (with a successful complaint reimbursing the additional fuel costs and a a nominal figure for the inconvenience caused), Shell decided to process late payments which have now impacted a perfect payment history on my credit report.
Frankly, in the current economic climate where she’ll are monopolising a market and raking in billions in profit, I am disgusted at how I have been treated.
Do not use Shell! They optimise the greedy corporation, seeing customer service as something that is not essential to their business strategy.

Shell Energy worst energy company…

Shell Energy worst energy company around! I have an on going dispute & they never get back to me nor have they tried to help resolve my query. I lived in a 2 bed property. the bills would range from £37-£297. My account was set up on Direct Debit. In October 2018 I received a backdated invoice for £3,776.94. I have disputed this extortionate amount numerous times! I was rarely at home, so I cannot understand why my bill would escalate to that? Its Impossible!! I have spoken to Ofgem and they inform me that all Energy firms are banned from back billing customers beyond 12 months. I need to understand the reason for the huge invoice? as yet no one has got back to me to explain exactly what it is for? from looking at my account on line I paid approx. £4,500 to Shell Energy over the period Aug 16-Aug19 so that’s approx. £1,500 per year. Which is extortionate in itself so How on earth can I owe another £2,880? I lived alone in a 2 bed house!  I am so frustrated with this whole situation, it has affected my credit rating and now I can’t even get a mortgage. I also have bailiffs knocking at my door. This is causing a huge stress for me, in what is an already very unsettling time during COVID 19. Absolutely Appalled by this company!! No attempt to resolve my Query & serious lack of customer service!

As soon as courts reopen I will be taking them to court!
